Sushi Hub opened its first store in 2006 and soon will have over 130 stores operating nationally.

Sushi Hub’s signature dishes appeal to the eyes as well as your palate. Their fresh Tasmanian Salmon Roll, Free Range Crispy Chicken Roll, Tuna Salad Roll, sushi, and salad boxes are equally popular! Brown rice options are also available on request at selected stores for sushi lovers who are looking for a low GI and high fibre option.
